Refund Policy - The Basics 

Skindulgence Medspa Return & Refund Policy
1. Services
All sales of services, including but not limited to treatments, packages, and memberships, are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been provided or a treatment package has been started, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Prepaid Packages & Memberships
Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once the first session has been redeemed. If you are unable to complete a package due to a medical reason, please provide a written statement from your healthcare provider. In such cases, a prorated credit may be considered at the discretion of Skindulgence Medspa management.
3. Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used for services or products at Skindulgence Medspa.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
6. Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction to a product or service, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, may offer a credit or alternative solution at our discretion.
