Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Skindulgence Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if possible, help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Skindulgence Medspa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
