All services, treatments, and products provided by Skindulgence Medspa are subject to availability and may require a consultation or medical clearance. Results may vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

• Skindulgence Medspa reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments at its discretion.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• All sales of services, packages, and memberships are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Memberships and Packages

• Memberships and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed.
• Membership benefits are only for the enrolled client.
