Laura Pappas earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 before going on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in 2024 through the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner track. Throughout her nursing career, Laura built a strong foundation in procedural and patient-centered care while working in the cardiac catheterization lab, where she discovered her passion for procedural nursing and the ability to focus deeply on one patient at a time. That experience shaped the attentive and detail-oriented approach she now brings to aesthetic medicine, combining clinical expertise, precision, and artistry to help patients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally elevated.

As the injector for the practice, Laura combines advanced medical knowledge with an artistic eye to create natural, balanced results tailored to each individual patient. Her passion lies in facial balancing through neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and customized aesthetic treatments that enhance harmony and proportion while maintaining each patient’s natural beauty. She believes the best results leave patients looking refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.

Laura is passionate about continued education and regularly pursues advanced aesthetic trainings to stay at the forefront of the industry. She is committed to continuous growth both professionally and personally and is always seeking new ways to refine her skills, expand her knowledge, and provide the highest level of care for her patients.

Her coworkers describe her as uplifting, approachable, and full of positive energy, and she brings that same warmth to every patient interaction. Laura is motivated daily by the incredible team she works alongside and the meaningful relationships she builds with the patients she loves caring for. Outside of the office, Laura lives in the Lake Norman area where she enjoys playing golf with her husband, morning walks, reading, traveling with friends, and making memories with family. Whether she’s diving into a new book, hitting the links, or unwinding with a Bravo marathon, Laura values balance, connection, and finding joy in the little things.
