• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.

• Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, typically ranging from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Skindulgence Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if possible, help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
