3. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

4. Payments and Refunds

All sales of services, packages, and memberships are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Memberships and Packages

Memberships and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed.
